Guests Responsibilities:
- A 50% deposit to be made into above bank
account will secure your booking. The balance
must be paid in cash on arrival.
- Credit card
facilities are available.
- To comply with legislation no smoking is allowed in the unit.
Arrival/Departure Times:
- By arrangement. Please contact us before
arriving so a smooth handover can be
arranged. Regular check in time is 14h00.
- Guests to leave unit by 10h00 on date of
departure or by arrangement. - Full continental breakfast served daily.
During occupation:
- Respect for owner’s property. Respect other
guests and neighbouring residents. NO LOUD
music, Loud TV or parties.
- For your own and the owners security please
check that the automated gate closes on entry
and exit.

Owners Responsibilities:
- Breakages as a result of normal wear and tear
– e.g. Plumbing and electrical. Please report
any breakages or problems to us as soon as
possible. Every effort will be made to rectify
the fault as soon as reported.
- Washing laundry during occupation is the
guest’s responsibility. Fresh towels every third
day. Beds are made daily, bins are emptied, and
rooms cleaned daily. Bed linen replaces once
a week. Units are not serviced on Saturday,
Sundays and Public holidays unless a 10%
surcharge is paid.
Owner is NOT responsible for:
- Guest’s property.
- Injury to guest while on the property.
- Bed linen (duvets) and bath towels are provided.
Refund of Deposit & Cancellation of Booking:
- 50% deposit is required to secure your
booking
- More than 29 days cancellation notice forfeit
10% of total deposit
- 21 – 28 days cancellation notice forfeit 25%
of total deposit
- 14 – 20 days cancellation notice forfeit 50%
of total deposit
- 7 - 13 days cancellation notice forfeit 75%
of total deposit
- Less than 7 days cancellation notice forfeit
100% of total deposit
